Arts Exhibition in Ibadan
Olajide Aderinto presenting Pacesetters at an arts exhibition in Ibadan, Oyo State, May 2026.
A two-mode historical card game and quiz that turns Oyo State’s people, places and heritage into participatory learning.

The context & challenge
Translate a broad body of state history and culture into an accessible physical product that rewards both play and knowledge.
Help children, students and other players discover and remember Oyo State history through structured, social play.
One pack supports two complementary experiences: matching-card play on the fronts and a numbered 50-question history quiz on the backs.
What informed the work
The supplied physical product and manual verify the 52-card format, five regional shape families, Oyo map wild card, two play modes and Golden Jubilee context. The Nation independently reported the launch and educational purpose in July 2026.
